Projet de RF COTE: CIRCULAIRE 132 est un zine sur l'art postal destiné aux mailartistes. Pour participer, faire parvenir 20 originaux de timbres d'artiste, ATC, oeuvres 8cm X 8cm, cartes postales personnalisées, etc, etc...signés et numérotés.
Une copie du zine sera envoyée à chaque participant ayant fait parvenir 20 originaux.
